The lids of the Cupholder-Armrest are secured in place with 2 rubber bands each.  To remove the lid, you must first remove both rubber bands.  You will use a ball point pen to remove the rubber bands.  Pull up (step 1) and then pull away from the post on the lid (step 2).

All of the rubber bands work the same way.  Once all 4 are removed, your plastic lids can be removed.  To install LeatherZ armrest lids, pull the rubber bands over the posts with your fingers as much as possible.  If necessary, use the dull butter knife to push the band onto the post.  Once both rubber bands are installed on onto the LeatherZ armrest lids, you're done!
